The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE is anticipated to launch in 2025.

It is likely to feature downgraded specifications compared to its flagship counterparts.

Samsung is also rumored to release the Galaxy S25 Slim next year.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE Launch Details

According to a tipster on social media, the Galaxy Z Flip FE will be a cost-effective variant of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy Z Flip series. This follows the recent release of a Special Edition Galaxy Z Fold 6, which was priced higher than the standard model. The Galaxy Z Flip FE is expected to include less advanced components to make it more budget-friendly.

Launch Timing and Speculations

The tipster, posting on the South Korean platform Naver (via Android Authority), suggested that Samsung plans to release the Galaxy Z Flip FE in 2025. While the exact launch date is still unknown, it is speculated that this model will debut simultaneously with Samsung’s next-generation foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, in the latter part of the year.

Expanding the Foldable Market

During Samsung’s Q3 2024 earnings call, the company mentioned efforts to make foldable devices more accessible to a broader audience. This indicates a strategy to develop more affordable versions of their Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold series.

Additional Samsung Devices in 2025

The tipster also hinted at the launch of two more Samsung devices next year: the Galaxy S25 Slim and another model within the Galaxy Z Fold 7 series. The Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to launch around April 2025, while the additional Galaxy Z Fold 7 model is speculated to be released alongside the new foldables, potentially resulting in four new foldable smartphones from Samsung next year.
