Chandrapur: To encourage a good voter turnout, the Chandrapur district administration has launched an exciting reward scheme for citizens participating in the Assembly elections on November 20.
Eligible voters who cast their vote stand a chance to win a motorcycle, a gold coin, and a 5G smartphone through a lucky draw.
The first prize, a Bullet worth Rs 2.15 lakh, including registration and insurance, is already grabbing attention as it is on display at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Botanical Garden in Visapur.
Alongside the gleaming motorcycle, voters can also compete for a 15gm gold coin and the latest smartphone.
To participate, voters must hail from Chandrapur district and successfully cast their vote on voting day.
After voting, participants are required to take a selfie and upload it using a Google link provided by the administration. A QR code for quick access to the form has also been made available.
The initiative aims to make the democratic process more engaging and ensure higher voter participation, ultimately strengthening the democratic fabric of the nation.
With valuable prizes up for grabs, the administration hopes to inspire citizens to step out and make their voices heard.
