Oppo Find X8 launch in India: Oppo is bracing for the launch of its next flagship smartphone in India – Oppo Find X8. While the company has not announced the launch date, it is expected to be launched soon as the smartphone has already been launched in China. Ahead of the launch, the company has now shared some official details about this flagship.
According to the smartphone manufacturer, the Oppo Find X8 is going to be the world’s first phone to feature a dual periscope camera system with a Triple Prism Fold Reflection System.
Oppo Find X8 Camera
The Oppo Find X8 will come with a quad-camera system. As per the information shared by the company, it will have a primary 50MP camera, equipped with Sony’s LYT-808 sensor. It will come with an advanced two-layer transistor pixel structure. “By stacking the photodiode and the pixel transistor on separate layers, this sensor significantly enhances dynamic range, reduces noise, and maximises light capture. The result is clearer, vivid images with superb contrast, even in low-light scenarios,” the company said in a release.
Oppo said that Find X8 has the thinnest and lightest flagship camera system because of the dual periscope system for the 3x and 6x camera optical lens systems.
It also has a 50MP LYT-600 sensor along with a 50MP IMX858-equipped 6x periscope camera.
To house a 1/1.95-inch sensor, Oppo has engineered an all-new Triple Prism Folded Lens that reduces weight by 30 per cent and size by 24 per cent compared to previous models. By positioning the lens parallel to the phone’s body, OPPO has minimised lens protrusion to just 3.09mm, ensuring a sleek, modern design.
