Xiaomi Mi 11X 5G Smartphone Faces Hanging Issues: Let’s Look into it

A Twitter user took to the microblogging platform to inform that his Xiaomi Mi 11X smartphone got hung for about 2 hours.

Xiaomi Mi 11X 5G Smartphone Hangs for 2 Hours

A Xiaomi smartphone user who owns one of the brand’s premium smartphones, the Mi 11X 5G faced hanging issues while using the smartphone.

From the video posted on Twitter, it can be seen that the issue was faced while the user was scrolling through Instagram and not while using an application or while playing a game which would’ve strained the phone’s CPU and GPU to its limits.

The tipster Abhishek Yadav has also replied to the tweet and instructed the Xiaomi smartphone user to press and hold the power button which is expected to have fixed the problem. Xiaomi India has also taken the matter with seriousness and has asked its smartphone user to contact them.

Slower performance and hanging while playing heavy games in the Mi 11X 5G smartphone is a common issue that has also been previously addressed by other users of the smartphone. It is mainly due to the insufficient RAM provided in the smartphone even if it has the Snapdragon 870 chipset and the Adreno 650 GPU.

However, such an issue as reported by the Twitter user is the first incident and Xiaomi will definitely have to look into the matter.
